Got my Bulldog 8×10 camera all sorted out and have created my first shot with it. Unfortunately I knocked the camera during taking of the picture so it’s ended up not very high resolution. Oh well next time make sure I’m more careful.

Here’s a shot I took on my phone this morning completely unedited. I was just walking past a window
Had a go at a traditional printing today. I thought it would be easy. Just project and develop and it’s done. Nope. It’s a different art to film developing all together. With film it’s easy to do but if you mess it up then that’s it you’ve lost it. With print you can do it endlessly but you need all the practice you can get. Trying different lengths of exposures/developing times. I didn’t even get chance to faff with contrasts ect. I’ll have to have another go in the future.
Today the Lancashire Market came to town and I had some expired Fuji Pro-H 400 donated for free to burn. Whenever I go there there’s always a bird of prey sanctuary there.
Got myself a shiny new Samsung Galaxy S2 recently. As expected I’ve been giving the camera a good go as well as the apps. One thing small cameras, especially mobile phones fall down on is low light performance. I’ve just taken some pictures at a gig (and uploaded it hear while still at said gig) and I must admit they’re not too shabby at all.
